30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:
For a return to be eligible, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
It must remain in the same condition that you received it. It should be unworn or unused. It must have tags attached. It should be in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Initiating a Return:

Once your return request is accepted, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please bear in mind that items sent back to us without prior authorization will regrettably not be accepted.

Additional Policy for 50% Off Items:
For items purchased at a 50% discount or more, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own cost. wich can be expensive

Refund Options:
If you wish to request a refund, you have two options:
1. Receive a 15% refund on the total purchase price. (Yes, it includes shipping)
2. Return the item at your own cost.

Please note: We only offer full refunds on damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage within 30 days of receiving the item.
